Like most people, Terry was born barefoot. For her, it became a way of life. Growing up on the island of Aruba, she roamed the beaches looking for shells, building sandcastles, and watching sunsets. She received a camera for her 10th birthday and headed straight to the beach, capturing those brilliant Aruban sunsets.
She hasn't stopped taking pictures since.
After filling eight yearbooks with K-12 memories, Terry received a BA in Photography.
Shooting head shots and locations soon led to a career as a camera assistant, then camera operator, on various movies and tv shows in Texas, California, and Georgia -- but
her love for capturing the beauty of nature in a single frame remains just as strong as it was when she shot her first sunset. The result of that passion, combined with the love of travel, meeting and photographing interesting people and cultures, is what you see here.
